Born March 2019, Douglas has spent his time split between his home and HanoverView Animal Hospital. He helps to keep the front desk in order and brings some cheer to anyone in need. You can find him sitting on a chair behind the check in or check out desk monitoring all the activity.

MaryAnn has been a veterinary receptionist for over 20 years. She is originally from Boston, Massachusetts and now resides in Easton with her adorable Shih tzu Douglas. Mary Ann enjoys reading, playing cards, working on home projects and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.
Jessica
Jessica lives in the Lehigh Valley with her two children and two dogs. She has been in the veterinary field for over 20 years as veterinary receptionist and pet sitting jobs.

Amanda, CVT
Amanda lives in Bethlehem. She graduated from college in 2009 with an English degree and was teaching before going back to school for veterinary nursing. She completed the Northampton Area Community College’s veterinary technician program in 2018. When Amanda is not at HanoverView, she enjoys walking, cycling, photography and trying new restaurants.

Jamie lives with her husband, three boys, three dogs and cat.

Riane lives in the Macungie area with her husband, two Goldens and Newfoundland. She enjoys reading on her kindle when she is not working or taking care of her pups.

Julie was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley but she currently resides in Carbon County with her husband and daughter. When Julie is not reading, thrifting or listening to podcasts, she is spending time with her three cats; Opie, Moose, and Bean. She has over 10 years in customer service experience and loves to chat with clients and help determine solutions to problems.

Krista has worked in the veterinary field since 2019. She has a drive to work with animals since she was a child and grew up raising many pets of all kinds. She currently resides in Phillipsburg, NJ with her husband. She has a Potcake dog, Golden Retriever, bearded dragon, cat and an aquarium! In her spare time she likes to craft, do home improvement DIY projects and spending time with her pets and family.
